What should I expect?

Prompt, professional service, great communication, terrific prices & a fast, working PC. Most virus removal & troubleshooting work is not done at your home, but your PC will be picked up & returned to you at no additional charge. This is done to keep pricing to a minimum as we run hours of diagnostics & utilities & won't bill for scanning or downloading time if we are not on-site.

What services don't you do?

We do not repair/ replace damaged Laptop components or hardware. IE: LCD Screens, DC Jacks, Inverters, Keyboards, Etc. If you need Laptop Hardware Work done in the Arizona Valley area, we highly recommend: Fresh Laptop

What areas do you service?

Carefree, Cave Creek , Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale & Tempe Arizona.

What is your turn-around?

Typically 24-48 hours. We always communicate very well so there are no suprises.

When will I get a call back?

If you have called & left a message, calls are typically returned within 30 min. & an appointment will be scheduled immediately at that time, if applicable. Worse case scenerio would be 2 hours on a call return.
