I'm a 51 yr old male that has been using computers since the early 80's.  I was on the Internet when it was only available to the military.  I have owned several computers over the years and know quite a lot about them and how they work, but late in May of 2009 I confronted a problem I could not recover from. I have always been a firm believer in strong anti-virus software and have always used it.  But when my Norton 360 subscription expired in mid-May, I figured it would be OK to wait until my next paycheck to update it.  Big mistake..!  While streaming a video I caught a Trojan (maybe more than one) that shut me down beyond my ability to recover (and let me tell you...I tried). I got my latest computer from Best Buy and decided to call their "Geek Squad" to investigate their virus removal service.  $200.00 if I dropped it off or $300.00 if they picked it up was just too much.  I searched other services and came upon NetProAZ. They offered a pick up service and virus removal for only $75.00.  I opted for their "PC Optimization" services since it included all the anti-virus, anti-spyware, Email scanners, link shields, resident shields and updates that never expire, along with a long list of other vital services. I called Anthony at NetProAZ and was impressed with his professional and personable bearing.  After answering all my questions, I decided to have him do the work for me.  Within 3 hours, he had come to my home and picked up my computer. The system was badly corrupted with 5 Trojans, 49 Adware variants, 12 tracers, 4 root-kits, a dialer and several other more minor infections.  The full service took 72 hours during which I received daily updates and my computer was delivered to my door with a detailed 5 page breakdown of my system and exactly what was done to it.  In addition to the virus removal, all my important personal data (photos, music, documents, etc) remained intact.  The optimization flushed over 4.5G of useless nonsense and sped up my computer to better than new performance..! I will use this service again and their business card has a permanent home in my Rolodex.  I would recommend their service without hesitation.  A++.

I had Todd do some computer repair work for me in the past and then for some unbeknownst reason I was unable to find pictures recently-they appeared to be all erased and Todd was able to find/restore the majority of them---I was so very pleased. He went above and beyond just being a "regular" repair guy. Very neat and efficient, reasonable. I would highly recommend him/NetProAZ to anyone if you want to get the best bang for your buck!

The start button on my computer broke. The computer worked fine but after doing some online research I discovered it was a known issue since fixed. My warranty had expired so I was out of luck. Basically, I had to keep my computer turned on round the clock in fear of not being able to start up again. Checking online for a local repair service, I contacted NetProAZ. Not only did they come to my house to pick up the computer, they fixed it for the quoted price the same day. No bait and switch, no gimmicks, no hidden costs. I'm sure anyone else would have charged me a couple hundred bucks in addition to making me lug the computer in for several days wait. I cannot say enough about the service and work NetProAZ did and I'm already getting ready to contact them about another computer job I need help with. Thanks again you guys!

After being told I had some sort of "rootkit" that was too bad to be repaired and a format was needed that would cost $225, I called netproaz based on a friend's recommendation. $75 and one day later, my computer was cleaned with no problems like clockwork. Netproaz is awesome! My laptop was infected so badly, the entire screen was popups. I called them and my laptop was picked up three hours after my call and returned the following day. I picked the pc optimization and there is a report of the work on my desktop that covers everything and my antivirus programs that weren't working are all removed with new ones installed that are all set to run and scan so I have to do nothing! My laptop is so fast and internet pages just pop open. I was expecting to hear I needed to start over or something very bad but nothing, they just fixed it right away with no problems and gave me a student discount! Thank you so much,

Thanks to my new computer techs! I have been using another guy for awhile and he always did a good job I thought. We ran into some difficulty last week and four days later (had my computer that long) he informed me I needed a new computer. I was telling my friend about this experience and she recommended calling Todd at NetProAZ. In short, he showed up 2 hours after I called, looked at my computer for like five minutes, smiled and said he was taking my computer and would call in a few hours and that he didn't think it was any big deal. My laptop needed to be serviced, and I am fairly new to the Glendale area. One of my friends from work referred me to NetProAz to have them check it out. I called them with the details and they scheduled me an appointment right away. I said they could keep it as long as they needed to. He felt the issues I had explained to him previously, usually can be be resolved in a day or two, but would advise me after a thorough check up. Picking up my laptop was a surprise and beyond the call of duty.
